AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI DI PRENDAS S.R.L. (hereinafter also referred to as "AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI") offers completely free shipping for all orders with destination in Italy and in all countries of the European Union, without any minimum purchase amount required.

For shipments to non-EU countries, it is necessary to request a specific quote in advance. During the purchase procedure, when selecting a delivery country outside the European Union, the wording "request a quote/richiedi prezzo" will appear. By clicking on this wording, a form will be displayed to be filled out with the complete destination address. Based on the information provided, our staff will communicate the applicable shipping costs before proceeding with the finalization of the order.

All shipping prices include VAT.

 

Delivery Times and Methods

AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI DI PRENDAS S.R.L. ships within 48/72 hours from the receipt and confirmation of the order. Delivery will be made through Mail Boxes Etc, and will be completed in 48/72 business hours for Italy and with variable timeframes based on destination for EU countries.

Deliveries are made between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm, from Monday to Friday (business days).

At the time of shipment, an email will be sent with all the necessary information to monitor the delivery status of the order, including the tracking code.

 

Order Reception

At the time of delivery, the presence of the recipient, or a trusted person, is required to verify that the packaging is intact and that the products received correspond to what is reported in the order.

In caso di difetti visibili, quali quantità errata, prodotto errato o imballaggi non integri, il destinatario o l’incaricato di sua fiducia dovranno segnalarlo immediatamente sul documento di trasporto e contattare AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI DI PRENDAS S.R.L.  via email all’indirizzo entro e non oltre 7 (sette) giorni dalla consegna per concordare i termini del reso.

In the event that the recipient is not present at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery again on the next business day at no additional cost. In case of further absence of the recipient, the order will be sent back to the logistics center of AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI DI PRENDAS S.R.L.
