Shipping Methods and Times

All orders whose payment procedure is completed by 2:00 PM on a business day will be processed and shipped within the next 24-72 business hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays). Actual delivery times may vary depending on the final destination.

Agostino Marogna Gioielli offers completely free shipping for all orders with destination in Italy and in European Union countries, without any minimum purchase amount required.

For shipments to non-EU countries, it is necessary to request a specific quote in advance. During the purchase procedure, when selecting a delivery country outside the European Union, a form will automatically be displayed to be filled out with the complete destination address. Based on the information provided, our staff will communicate the applicable shipping costs before proceeding with the finalization of the order.

The shipping service is carried out through Mail Boxes Etc courier, with delivery expected in 48-72 business hours for Italy and variable timeframes based on destination for EU countries.

Contract Formation

Online Orders must be made in the following ways:

When you decide to make a purchase, you need to click on "Add to cart" to add the product to the cart. The completion of the order will be executed from the cart using the "Proceed to checkout" button. The system provides by default the possibility to purchase Products without prior registration, identifying the user as a "Guest". In this case, the user has the possibility to purchase a Product without registering; they must indicate the data necessary for order management and the issuance of the purchase document.

It is advisable to register your personal data to access the reserved area. Registration requires entering a protective password that you are required to keep confidential, not disclosing it to third parties. Agostino Marogna Gioielli ensures a security procedure for password recovery for subsequent purchases in case of forgetfulness and the password will be stored in their systems securely (encrypted). Payment

Delivery

Agostino Marogna Gioielli, while trying to respect the terms indicated in the Shipping Methods and Times section for the delivery of the Product(s) to the indicated address, is unable to indicate an exact delivery date. In the event that the delivery of the Product(s) does not take place, for any reason including the unavailability, even temporary, of the Product(s), within 30 days from the submission of the Order by the user, or from another date differently agreed with the same, the user may withdraw from the Order and Agostino Marogna Gioielli will refund the price and any other sums already paid by the user. In the event that the courier does not find the user at home, or at the place of delivery indicated in the order, the courier reserves the right to try to redeliver the order the following day free of charge. We also inform that in case of delivery in condominiums, the doorman is considered to all effects as a person delegated to delivery. Art. 63 of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, establishes in paragraph I that: "In contracts that place the obligation to provide for the shipment of goods on the professional, the risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only at the moment in which the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, materially takes possession of the goods". The consumer becomes responsible for the fate of the goods only at the time of their delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

You are required to examine the Products at the time of their receipt to verify any defects or damages, which must be reported to Agostino Marogna Gioielli through the contact form. Pursuant to art. 133 of the Consumer Code, the seller is responsible towards the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the good that manifests itself within 2 years from that moment. If you find that a Product was damaged prior to delivery or defective (not due to your use), you can proceed with the alternative request for return procedure (a) replacement of the Product; (b) repair of the Product; (c) price reduction; or (d) return of the Product with the related request for refund. Agostino Marogna Gioielli is solely responsible for losses that are a consequence of violations by Agostino Marogna Gioielli of these Terms of Sale. This liability is exclusively limited to the purchase price of the Product purchased and to the compensation of foreseeable damages. Damages are considered foreseeable if the parties could foresee them at the time of acceptance of your Order by Agostino Marogna Gioielli. In any case, the clauses of these Terms of Sale do not involve limitation of the rights guaranteed by law.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (that is, you are not purchasing even in part for your entrepreneurial, professional, commercial, or artisanal activity) you have the right, in addition to other rights recognized under the law and these Terms of Sale, to withdraw from the contract concluded with Agostino Marogna Gioielli for the purchase of the Products under these Terms of Sale, in accordance with the provisions of art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (except for customized Products or other Products for which non-returnability is expressly specified) and to be refunded any sums already paid. What should I know about product warranty? Jewelry is covered by a Warranty valid for TWO YEARS from the date of product shipment for manufacturing defects. The Warranty consists of the purchase document of the product itself. What is not covered by the warranty?

The following are categorically excluded from the warranty: discoloration of plating or color of the jewelry (especially if due to the use of perfumes or detergents) as consequences of wear and/or aging of the jewelry. Warranty interventions must be carried out by Agostino Marogna Gioielli. Any technical tampering practiced outside of Agostino Marogna Gioielli will result in the termination of the Warranty. Also excluded from the Warranty are damages or breakages caused by accidental impacts, in the presence of which the Warranty will have no effect.

Is warranty repair free?

Warranty repair will be free once Agostino Marogna Gioielli ascertains that the product defect is due to manufacturing defects.

I purchased a product on the website and need to send it for assistance, how can I do it?

In any other case, including the circumstance in which the user is not a consumer under applicable legal provisions, jurisdiction for the definition of any dispute will be exclusively referred to the Court of Sassari.
