Refunds

The refund will be made within thirty days from the date of actual receipt of the return by the Customer, through credit using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Procedure

The Customer has the full right to withdraw without any penalty within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI DI PRENDAS S.R.L. with registered and commercial office in Piazza Civica, 34, Alghero (SS) 07041, Sardinia – Italy, VAT Number 02395180900, of his decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by mail or communication via email).

To respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Upon receipt by AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI DI PRENDAS S.R.L. of the Customer's withdrawal communication, in the manner and terms mentioned above, the contract will be considered terminated and AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI DI PRENDAS S.R.L. will proceed to return the amount paid by the Customer.

In any case, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

(i) supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be reshipped or risk deteriorating or altering rapidly;

In the event that the Customer has already received the delivery of the products, they must promptly return them following the procedure described below.

The return of products by the Customer is considered timely when the same, in intact condition, with original packaging and complete with documents, are delivered for shipment within 14 working days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Return Procedure

To make a return, the Customer must follow the following procedure:

If the Customer withdraws from the contract, all payments made in favor of AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI DI PRENDAS S.R.L. will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from the possible choice of a delivery method other than the standard type offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI DI PRENDAS S.R.L. is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund may be withheld beyond 14 days only until the Customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods or until they have been received by AGOSTINO MAROGNA GIOIELLI DI PRENDAS S.R.L., whichever comes first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not have to bear any cost as a consequence of such refund.

The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Once the official shipping communication has been sent ("your order has been shipped"), the customer will no longer have the right to cancel the order.
